He journeyed to the Phillies and Dodgers as a minor league free agent in 2014 and 2015 before finding his niche in the Mexican League. Enright won four of his five playoff starts for Tijuana in 2015 as his club lost in the semifinal round, then he recorded a 3.25 ERA in five starts for Tijuana in 2016 as his club fell in the championship series.

A pitcher with sharp control, the 30-year-old Enright recorded a walk rate of 1.06 per nine innings in 2016 to rank second among Mexican League starters.

He struck out 10.7 per nine innings as a reliever in the Dodgers system last season and has strong control for a recently converted player.

A 2013 second-round pick out high school in Kentucky, righthander Clint Hollon topped out at low Class A Lansing in 2015, didn’t play in 2016 and then drew his release this winter. As part of a fractured pro career, he had Tommy John surgery and missed all of 2014 and then got tagged with a pair of 50-game suspensions in 2015 (amphetamines) and 2016 (drug of abuse).
