Easton Launches Trade In and Trade Up Bat Program
Used bats now carry more weight for baseball players hoping to get a new Easton bat. As part of the new Trade In and Trade Up Program, Easton will give players credit toward the purchase of a new Easton USSSA or BBCOR baseball bat on the company website with the trade in of a used USA, USSSA or BBCOR bat.
“We’re constantly looking for ways to help players, coaches and families leverage Easton’s latest bat technologies,” says Dan Jelinek, Easton president. “There’s so much excitement around our 2020 bats as well as what our team has in store for 2021 and beyond and our new Trade In and Trade Up Program gives everyone another way to get the bat they really want and need to unlock their potential at the plate.”
In the program, Easton will establish a trade in value of up to $100 on the used bat and provide a voucher via email with a unique code for use at checkout. The program accepts bats in usable condition from a variety of brands, all in the goal to get players into the latest from Easton.
“Whether you’re upgrading from an Easton bat you already love, coming back to Easton or joining the team for the first time, we’re excited for you to dig in with our best,” Jelinek says.
As part of the process, those interested in participating complete a short form online and submit photos of their bat. Easton will review and verify the bat before providing a pre-paid shipping label via email. Once boxed up and shipped, Easton will verify the model and condition and send a voucher, which can be applied to the purchase of a new Easton bat, such as the USSSA lineup with the 2020 ADV 360 or Maxum 360 or the BBCOR 2020 ADV 360.
