TOP PROSPECTS

The Reds’ player pool includes eight of their Top 10 prospects, with the exceptions of No. 1 prospect (and 2020 first-rounder Austin Hendrick) and low-level RHP Lyon Richardson, who checked in at No. 9. Nos. 21 and 22 prospects OF TJ Friedl and RHP Joel Kuhnel are included, as is RHP Tejay Antone, who has been a pleasant surprise this year with 27 strikeouts in 20.1 innings.

ADDITIONS AND SUBTRACTIONS

Since the initial player pool was released, the Reds have made a number of minor moves. They’ve brought in OF Nick Williams and let go of OF Scott Schebler, acquired RHP Riley O’Brien from the Reds for LHP Cody Reed and designated veteran reliever Pedro Strop for assignment.

They’ve also added several of their higher-caliber prospects, chief among them RHP Hunter Greene, infielder Rece Hinds and OF TJ Friedl.
