Colorado has its usual strength of projectable pitchers who are a ways away from fully realizing their significant potential. But 2018 looks to be an outstanding year with Tanner O’tremba and Cole Winn, both of whom look to be among the better prospects in next year’s prep class.

Notary has good size at 6-foot-3, 205 pounds, and has reached 89-92 mph with his fastball. Scouts question how much projection he has left due to his high-effort delivery.

Madris was one of the most dominant hitters in all of Division II baseball this spring, batting .422 and swatting 17 home runs while drawing 45 walks and striking out just 30 times. Madris has a power-oriented swing and a sound understanding of the strike zone. His performance alone had scouts running him down, and he could be a value pick in the later rounds if his offense translates to the next level.
