TOP PROSPECTS
The Cardinals’ pool now contains the team’s top 16 prospects, from No. 1 Dylan Carlson, to No. 16 Jake Woodford with 2020 draftees Masyn Winn, Tink Hence and Jordan Walker mixed in as well. The highest-ranked prospect to be left out is OF Jhon Torres (No. 17). The group also includes Top 30 prospects Julio Rodriguez (No. 18), Angel Rondon (No. 19), Malcom Nunez (No. 20), Kodi Whitley (No. 21), Justin Williams (No. 22), Tre Fletcher (No. 26) and Seth Elledge (No. 30). In other words, the Cardinals’ pool is loaded with top prospects.
ADDITIONS AND SUBTRACTIONS
Prospects like Matthew Liberatore, Nolan Gorman and Zack Thompson were added after the pool’s initial release, and RHP Jordan Hicks opted out of the season because of concerns amid the coronavirus pandemic.
