Baseball America Accepting Applications For 2019 Internships

Baseball America is accepting applications for our 2019 summer internships. Baseball America’s interns get to work in a variety of roles throughout the summer, learning about various aspect of baseball.

Previous interns have worked in writing/reporting, helping the prospect/draft team with coverage of baseball events and working with analytics, and several of them have gone on to work for Major League Baseball teams.

Baseball America interns receive a stipend. To be eligible, interns must receive college credit for the internship.

To apply, send an email to executive editors J.J. Cooper and Matt Eddy at jobs@baseballamerica.com with the subject line: Internship. In the email, explain why you are interested in interning for Baseball America, and what is your primary focus interest (writing/reporting, scouting or analytics). A resume is not required, but if you have examples of writing, reporting or research projects you have done, you may include them.

The internship is designed to be done at the Baseball America’s offices in Durham, N.C., but in the case of an analytics intern, working remotely will be considered.
