Jacob Locker

The story in Washington is that the best player in the state--and one of the most gifted athletes in the draft--isn't even playing baseball. He ended up at Washington, where he stepped in as the Huskies' quarterback. Locker teased scouts by playing in the West Coast Collegiate League last summer, ranking as the league's top talent.
