Sam Triece

A senior, Triece spent two seasons at Edmonds (Wash.) CC before anchoring Washington State's bullpen for parts of three seasons, taking on a more significant role in 2015. He took a big step forward in 2015 late in the season, as the 6-foot-2, 210-pounder improved the velocity on his fastball and slider, which both flash plus. His heater has hit 96 and his slider has flashed late depth. He didn't give up a home run in 51 innings while striking out 59.
